Unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as travel limitations imposed by Covid), at least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and will be published in workshop proceedings.
You can request your invitation letter for visa application after you receive the acceptance notification. If you need a visa to travel to Italy, please contact the nearest Italian embassy or consulate in your country. If you have any questions, please contact the local organizers at: ds2024@isti.cnr.it
Cancellations received before September 5, 2024, will be returned in full, minus a 30% administrative charge. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
